Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of InfluenceMW by creators, brands, admins, and visitors. By creating an account, submitting an offer, paying for a feature, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. What InfluenceMW does
InfluenceMW is a discovery and listing platform. It helps brands find creators, review public creator information, submit offers, and contact creators directly. We are not a talent agent, campaign escrow provider, employer, or guarantor of campaign performance.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Users must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and use the platform lawfully. Creators must have at least one social platform reach entry before joining. Admin-created accounts may receive a temporary password that must be changed after first login.
3. Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of profile details, social reach, portfolio examples, public contact details, campaign claims, pricing discussions, deliverables, and legal disclosures in sponsored content. Creators must not impersonate others, inflate metrics, or publish misleading brand work.
4. Brand responsibilities
Brands must submit truthful offer details, respect creator contact preferences, avoid spam, provide clear campaign requirements, and handle creator agreements, payments, product delivery, approvals, usage rights, and tax obligations outside InfluenceMW unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Payments and renewals
Creator Premium and Featured Post purchases are one-time PayChangu payments. There are no auto-renewals. Premium access is manually renewed by paying again. Featured Posts run for the admin-configured duration. Value is activated only after server-side PayChangu verification.
6. Refunds and failed payments
Failed, cancelled, mismatched, unverified, underpaid, or wrong-currency payments do not activate Premium or Featured Posts. Refund requests, if any, are reviewed case by case. InfluenceMW may require PayChangu transaction references and account verification before investigating payment issues.
7. Manual admin actions
Superadmins may manually grant Premium or feature an approved offer for operational, support, promotional, or payment-fallback reasons. Regular admins do not have finance, report, user-creation, manual premium, or manual featuring authority.
8. Prohibited conduct
Users must not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, misleading, malware-related, spam, or rights-infringing content. Users must not scrape the platform, bypass payment verification, misuse creator contact details, or interfere with platform security.
9. Content moderation
InfluenceMW may reject, remove, demote, hide, or edit listings and may block accounts to protect marketplace quality, payment integrity, legal compliance, user safety, or brand trust. We may keep audit records of moderation and admin actions.
10. Disputes between brands and creators
Creators and brands are responsible for their own collaboration agreements. InfluenceMW may help review reports but does not guarantee outcomes, payment between parties, deliverable quality, campaign results, or enforcement of off-platform agreements.
11. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Users should not publish personal data they do not have permission to share.
12. Liability
InfluenceMW is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed discovery, guaranteed brand deals, or specific revenue. To the fullest extent allowed by law, InfluenceMW is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, reputational damage, or disputes arising from off-platform collaborations.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after updates means the updated terms apply.
14. Contact
For questions, reports, account issues, or payment concerns, contact support@influencemw.com.
